1. How long does dispatch + shipping take?

2. What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your order, or there is an issue with it - you can return items 14 days from delivery. Items must be in the same condition as purchased, please keep in mind bundles must include all items in the return in order to receive a refund. You will be refunded for the product amount minus original shipping costs, and you will be in charge of return costs. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST PLEASE.

3. Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes - however if you are not within our currented supported regions (UK, USA, CANADA, IRELAND) , you will need to contact us so we can add your country to our list!

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you will be contacted and sent a tracking code - if you have any issue using this please contact us

5. How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on weight and is calculated automatically at checkout, the cost of shipping reflects actual shipping costs for weight rather than a flat rate - this is to make shipping as affordable as possible.

If your order says shipping unavailable, it's possible it weighs too much and you should make a separate order - each order is treated as one package and has a weight limit based on the couriers limits.
